That's cute, funny, and perfectly matched to the music. Its cool in its simplicity, and I don't think it would be as cute if the animation had been smoother, so its perfect like this :3

[Rose And The Stem: Part 1]

You did chose a good song.

Well, for starters I'd suggest a loadbar. I saw a white screen which made me wonder if anything was happening at all. Togheter with the loadbar you also need a play and replay button. This is just basic user friendlyness.

You should definatly tweak the soundfile. There are some actionscripts that make you stop all sounds at the end off a flash, I'm sure you can find that somewhere on the net. Cause right now I'm typing this while the song is playing over each other again and again.

I'm not gonna say much about the art style, cause what really makes a movie is the story and the composition of the images. This story for instance doesn't seem to go anywhere. Maybe that will improve if you add extra stories to the journey or make this one longer, who knows what you are planning :)

So basicly what I'm saying is, do a checkup on the sound, story and loadbar/buttons and I'm sure you'll do a fine job in making some fun and interesting stories and I wish you all the best luck for it. :)

Ahh Yes That Is Definatly Something I'll Add. I'm Not Great With Actionscript So I'll Have To Learn Up On That Before I Start The Next One.
Yeah I Think For Some It's To Short And They Don't Understand It, Which Is Kinda What I Was Going For But Not In A Bad Way Just An "Oh I Want To Know More" Kind Of Way.
But I Was Planning On Making The Next One Longer As It Was And Adding More Story To It.

[Road of the Dead 2]

Love the game, it has great voices. And its a cool continuation of the previous game. The gameplay is also spot on.
The only thing that bugged me was the lag at times. When the guncursor got stuck or didn't move fast enough. This killed me many of times. Yet the game was so good it got me hooked on it until I saw the endcredits roll over the screen.
Can't wait for road of the dead 3

cool idea

I like the idea of the game and the grafics work well. Its rather original and i thought it was hilarious with the lord of the rings theme. It must have been difficult to program the paintsplatters and stuff, so congratulations and well done.

I'd love to play the game a bit more but sadly there is one drawback. The controls! Where I live the standard keyboard configuration is azerty, but this game works with the querty configuration. When I see that you allow us to switch controls for the shooting and movement i find it sad that i can't easily swap from querty to azerty. Its a simple thing that would make our gaming lives so much more fun.

Its a good game, but I took away one point for two things that bother me. At level 14 I started to have problems with the mouse, it started to react after i clicked, so if I had clicked 15 times I had to wait while the catapult was still going throught its previous moves. this isn't fun when a cat on the right is eating my wall while the catapult still has a bunch of shots to shoot to the left. Of course this problem might be my computer or the fact I use a pen tablet.

But the second point is the shortcuts, why can't you just use keys that do not switch places between azerty and querty keyboards? If you had used "sdfxcv" a lot of people wouldn't have to twitch their hands in an odd position to have all keys available at once and no I don't like to spend time on switching my keyboard just to play a flashgame for a short while

But otherwise this game is awesome, I especialy loved the music and sound effects, definatly great stuff.

It definatly works as a nice lullaby, and when i read your reply about a friend going away I could really see how you put that into the song. At the end of the fifth second in the song is a keynote that really makes it work.

Good song indeed

I wasn't that into the song in the begin, but at 0:52 theres a very nice part with the piano. At 1:57 I could only think, "darn you bastard, for toying with my emotions with that touching music" The violin and piano combined at that moment made it very emotional for some reason. And if you can awaken emotion in your listeners you are doing a great job.
I'm definatly going to check out the rest of your songs, cause you seem to have great potential.

I love the piano

Its really a cool song, nice fast pace, and the piano in it is really making me love it a lot. How it connects everything, and here and there you made a cool tune with it. Which made me say "niiiice" 5:43 is one of those. At 4:32 I got the feeling you sorta started a second song, but that was fixed about 15 seconds later so I guess its a nice break in the song.
